Human Resources Clerk (Part-Time)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Supervisor, the Human Resources Clerk provides administrative support to the Camp Hill Human Resources Department.  This position is part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Clerk will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support for assigned staff in the Camp Hill Service Center. This includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Data entry
  • Report preparation
  • Photocopying
  • Perform, administer, and coordinate various office and building services, including:
    - Maintaining stationery supplies and restock as required
    - Coordinating office moves, office maintenance and repairs, office cleaning, and security and services related to courier and mail
  • Manage the petty cash account, reconciling and refreshing these funds as required.   Balance and submit records to the Accountant for reimbursement on a regular basis
  • Additional duties as assigned

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in MS Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience in operating with both internal and external contacts
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision


  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
