Rob, what makes Vantage a remarkable place to work?

What do you value most about the Vantage culture?
That’s a tough question because there are many things I value about our culture. Having said that, trust, responsibility, and accountability for results stand out for me. Every individual at Vantage has the opportunity to make a difference, and we reward our employees for performance.
What is your vision for the future of Vantage Canada?
My vision is to create a solutions-driven organization motivated to profitably grow our customers’ businesses through analysis, innovation, and execution. We’re not looking to be the biggest in our market, but we are clearly focused on owning Best-in-Class.
